1. Returns
We accept returns for defective or damaged items. If the item you received is faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected]. We will guide you through the return process. Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging.
2. Refunds
Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and process a refund. Refunds will be issued as store credit or in the form of a replacement product, depending on the circumstances.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene or safety reasons, some items such as opened food or personal gear may not be eligible for return.
4. Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for return shipping fees, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
Since we only accept Cash on Delivery (COD), any refunds will be processed via store credit or product replacement. Cash refunds are not offered.
